Sneak Peek - Welcome Home With the Milla Family

Nothing makes me smile more than seeing families reunite after a deployment. Today I had the great pleasure of spending time with the Milla family as they reunited with Dad.

Making Eyes "Pop"

I have noticed a trend in portrait photography over the past few years of making eyes "pop" or sharper than what an original photo depicts. I decided to learn this technique since I recently took some great photos of C.M. and his eyes are a gorgeous green that deserve to shine.

What I love is that the color of his eyes are now more vibrant and you can see the subtle variations in color. This will be a technique that I will be applying to shots like this in the future, they just look great!

Day of Adventure - The Mountain and Crunchy Snow

Today a I had the great pleasure of going on an adventure with my dear friend and her son. Jess and I enjoyed the views of the mountain and Andrew enjoyed the crunchy sounds of the snow.
